visited site due to APC-UPS problems Contacted APC tech support and ran some diagnostic tests and generated log and sent that to them and they decided the unit needs to be replaced For now the WebPowerSwitch is plugged into the extension cord that the UPS had been plugged into but this has not fixed the problem, log notes from Jun 15 visited site and removed TX# 2011334 because it's blanking board fan had failed and installed TX# 2013404 in it's place. Also installed new extension cord from wall outlet to WPS, and also switched from using the South wall receptacle to using the SE wall one. Also installed new power cord for transmitter, as well as new serial cable and new transmit drive cable.
